Becki Long

Becki Long is a mission-driven leader dedicated to strengthening systems that empower individuals to live in their home community with dignity.

She joined Accra as Vice President of Financial Management Services in December 2025, working to strengthen and expand programs that enable individuals and families to self-direct their care with confidence. Her focus is on removing barriers so clients can access care more easily and caregivers can find meaningful employment and timely support.

Becki's commitment to this work is rooted in her belief that operational excellence is a form of care. Her background includes over 25 years of leadership at Pediatric Home Service, where she advanced from respiratory therapist to clinical operations leader, serving on the executive team and as Vice President of the Upper Midwest region. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling the company from a Minnesota-based home health organization into a national footprint, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth while keeping employee and client experience at the center. She has also been instrumental in legislative and advocacy efforts, working to advance policy that supports home and community-based services and the individuals and families who depend on them.

Becki holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of St. Thomas and is committed to mentorship, continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional service. She leads with empathy, a collaborative approach, and a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in the setting they choose.
