Hannah Rutt

Hannah joined Accra in 2016 with a focus in strategic development, leadership development, and operations.

She is passionate about working with people and supporting the employees that make a business thrive.

Hannah takes a “boots on the ground” approach in the support of her team, by taking the time to understand their individual roles and responsibilities, and helping them to develop an approach to prioritize successful outcomes for their role and the clients.

Hannah loves to curl up with a book, or spend time at one of Minnesota’s many lakes. She is constantly updating Accra’s best practices by keeping an eye on new theories and styles in the ever changing world of Human Resources.

Hannah received a bachelor's of applied science in Human Resources Management and services from Colorado Mesa University.
