Accra Strengthens Leadership Team to Support Homecare Access Across Minnesota
Three Vice Presidents promoted and three C-Suite titles refined to better serve families, caregivers, and communities across Minnesota.
Minnetonka, Minnesota – [October 13, 2025] – People requiring homecare services — such as those with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or those who need assistance to live in their homes safely — face significant barriers accessing the care they need to live independently. Accra, Minnesota’s leading homecare provider, is strengthening its leadership team to ensure that once individuals and families are connected to services, they receive seamless, high-quality care.
"What we’re trying to do fundamentally is create stability for individuals and families in a very unstable world. Families don’t want to spend more time in hospitals, institutions, or doctors’ offices than they have to – they want more moments at home. Accra is committed to delivering on that promise,” says CEO Colin Raymond. “Accra is building the best team, to create more moments of comfort for families, more support for caregivers, and more stability for communities across Minnesota."
Accra has promoted three senior directors to Vice President roles: Rochelle Wodarz, Vice President of Agency; Tyler Langenfeld, Vice President of 245D; and Hannah Rutt, Vice President of Caregiver Experience. These changes bring senior leadership closer to the highest levels of decision-making, ensuring programs remain the focal point of Accra’s operations. Each of the new Vice Presidents began their careers in entry-level roles at Accra and advanced through the organization, a testament to Accra’s commitment to developing leaders from within.
In addition, the company has updated the positions of three C-Suite leaders to reflect their areas of focus: Amy Hilsgen, Chief People Officer; Timothy Jones, Chief Information Officer; and Chad Gruzin, Chief Strategy Officer. These updated roles ensure that Accra’s executive team is aligned to support both operational excellence and long-term growth.
"For many families, getting access to homecare services can take months, leaving them in a difficult and uncertain place.” said Chad Gruzin, Chief Strategy Officer. “We ensure that once families are connected to us, they don’t wait any longer. Their care begins quickly, delivered at the highest standard, so they feel supported and hopeful from the moment their care begins with Accra.”
These leadership updates come as Accra continues to broaden access to homecare and advocate for policies that strengthen the homecare system. By elevating leaders with deep program knowledge and clarifying executive roles, Accra is positioning its team to deliver faster, more responsive care and ensure that more Minnesotans can remain safely at home with the support they need.
