Pay A Spenddown

If you are a Spenddown client and have a balance remaining on your account, you can use our PayPal link to quickly make a Spenddown payment.

You can identify whether you are a spenddown client by viewing your statement or invoice. If the description of the line item contains "Spenddown", then you are a spenddown client!

To make the payment successfully you will need your client ID and your invoice number. Your client ID can be found in the top right corner of your statement/ invoice. The invoice number is also referred to as the reference number. The reference number can be found in the body of your statement or in the top right corner of your invoice.

Once we have received your payment, you can expect to have it applied to your balance within 24-48 hours.

To use this service, you will need to have a PayPal account or a valid debit/credit card. You can set up a PayPal account for free with a valid payment method.
