Pay a Spenddown
A spenddown is the amount you pay each month before your services are covered.
- Use this option if you have a monthly spenddown balance
- Enter the client ID number, invoice number, and amount you were told to pay
- Have your account information ready if available
Make a Repayment
A repayment is money you owe from an overpayment or adjustment.
- Use this option if you were told you owe a repayment balance
- Enter the client ID number, invoice number, and amount you were instructed to pay
Your client ID can be found in the top right corner of your statement/ invoice. The invoice number is also referred to as the reference number. The reference number can be found in the body of your statement or in the top right corner of your invoice.
Once we have received your payment, you can expect to have it applied to your balance within 24-48 hours.
To use this service, you will need to have a PayPal account or a valid debit/credit card. You can set up a PayPal account for free with a valid payment method.
